Mobile ZAC is fully supported with Zultys systems running MX version R17 and above. It allows remote and mobile employees to manage business communications while utilizing the same tools as Zultys Advanced Communicator (ZAC) and our browser-based WebZAC.

• Call Logs: You can view complete phone call records and review the call history. Easily find the exact information you need with new filter and sort options.
• Emojis: Elevate your conversations with native emojis.
• Call Attached Data: Accessing and completing Call Attached Data while on the go is now easier than ever.
• Retrieve Call: Move an active call from one device to another quickly and effortlessly. This feature gives you flexibility and an uninterrupted call experience.
• Agent Roles & Queue Monitor: Agent roles and queue monitor have now been added for call center functionality on the go.

· Messaging Capabilities: Reply to, forward, and delete messages by tapping the message.
· WebChat: Agents can receive notifications and respond to customers through Zultys’ web-based chat app.

Extension in your pocket

Very reliable on staying connected and getting your calls when needed. Access to all your phone system features on the go is vital in my business and this app delivers.

This is where the app needed to be, it’s based on the desktop app (so familiar look/feel) and no difference in how it’s used on iPhone or Android—home run this time around Zultys!

It’s just plain bad son.

Want an app where you can message, send photos, and make calls? Then this app is not for you.

If you can get past the login screen, I’m sure this app would work great!!
But not all is lost, at least while you’re stuck at that login screen, those important messages from your coworkers will be pushed to your phone! So you can read them, but who needs to respond anyway?
