An app for your mobility
The new moBiel YOU app for Bielefeld and the region makes it easier for you to buy tickets for bus & train and will in future offer you a comprehensive range of all our sharing products such as meinSiggi, meineAlma, meinAnton, CITYca, TIER.
The moBiel YOU app is your new mobility app with which you can reach your destinations in Bielefeld and the region quickly and cheaply. With just one registration, you have access to optimised timetable information, a smart route search and a wider range of tickets.
Our goal is to link public transport with our sharing products and on-demand services in one app. Equipped with new innovative functions, individual service and a smart design, we want to give you easy access to our mobility offers and make it easier for you to book and accompany them in your everyday life - so that you can remain flexibly mobile at all times!

Our new app combines all important functions and services in just one application.
Here is an overview of the functions:
Personalisable area: Favour your destinations and routes, edit your personal data, store your preferred payment methods and have an overview of your last journeys at any time.
Timetable information: Find the current departures and your connection by bus, train or regional train at any time. Save your favourite destinations and get connection information with just a few clicks. To use all functions, please activate the location function.
Messages: Subscribe to push notifications for your favourite bus, StadtBahn or NachtBus lines in the notification area of the app. This way, you will always receive the latest disruption information for your journey. To use this function, please activate "Send messages" in the settings of your smartphone.
Ticket offer: In the ticket overview, you can quickly find your ideal ticket. Our range is not only limited to the city of Bielefeld, you can also buy tickets for the whole of Westphalia and NRW. Of course, you can also pre-order the popular Deutschlandticket in moBiel YOU.
ClipTicket: Watch the video clip, buy your ticket and off you go. Of course, the discounted ClipTicket should not be missing in the new moBiel YOU app!
Map: In the map you can find the nearest stop, surrounding facilities and the current locations of our sharing products at a glance.
Help & Contact: Do you have questions about the app, the ticket offer or do you have a problem with a ticket or your account? You can reach our customer service via the help section - we are always there to help and advise you.

Of course, downloading the app is free of charge. You only pay for the tickets you buy and for the sharing offers you use.
You can choose from various payment methods such as PayPal, credit card or SEPA direct debit. Further payment methods are already being planned.

Register and benefit:
In order to use a ticket or one of our sharing products, you only need to register. Do you already have an account with the Stadtwerke Bielefeld Group? Then you can also use the moBiel YOU app with the same access data.
