The most recent update to the app changed everything, even the connectivity. Now my badge is stuck on the last message and setting I left it as before the update, and I don’t want it as such. I can’t connect to the device no matter what I do, and I can’t find another app to connect it. So now I’m left with a useless badge I can’t connect to, with the wrong message on it. Fix the connectivity or get rid of the last update. Go back to the original app, there wasn’t too much wrong with it, and the update just made it worse.

The only successful option to program the badge. You can’t mix graphics and text, it’s one or the other only. The display that shows each text entry does not offer a way to delete previous entries and as a result, the text on the screen (phone screen) stacks on top of each other and there’s no way to read or figure out what anything says since it’s a jumbled mess. Totally useless as it stands right now. I would AVOID THIS APP AND LED BADGE !!!!. It’s a shame because it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL ! All I can do now is hope the developers will make the necessary improvements to render my badge useable again. I am extremely thankful I only purchased one (1) of these LED name badges.

I’ve seen better software, but only for badges that had to be connected to a computer for programming. The Bluetooth connection (which can apparently connect to any of several devices) is great. This does the job, not outstandingly well but adequately. I can change scrolling messages and edit more elaborate text in “graffiti” mode, which is really all I need.

Not sure what the one guy’s problem was with being unable to edit text. You just swipe left, it gives you an option to edit.

It works; it doesn’t wow. But “works” is good enough.
