Doesn’t work half of the time

I have had to uninstall and install again the app multiple times so it will refresh and show me the correct info about my data. The login doesn’t work properly - I enter my phone number, click next and nothing happens. The data doesn’t refresh automatically when the app opens as expected, I have to click on the refresh button. I wouldn’t even try to pay my invoices through this app because I’m afraid it will take my money and not pay the invoice. This app really needs lots of improvement.

App and Movistar are a fraud

I bought a chip for about a dollar. I then had to charge C2,000 which was supposed to last a few days. I downloaded de app to monitor and recharge (as I did with other companies around the world). I ran out of credit while the app stated that I still had credit. I wanted to recharge and i wasn't able to do it via app, I had to buy a card. I tried the support team and totally useless. Do not use Movistar at all, is a rip-off.

Garbage application, these developers do nothing to solve so many problems that the application has, they should remove this application from the Apple Store and fine the developer for being incomplete, since they never fix the errors in the applications
