Chris Idda ,

Nowhere to go but Up!

I’ll admit this game was interesting to play; sure it was a little unorthodox, being one of those types of games, but what if it could be more?

Merging - For starters, I think that a faster merging could be implemented, allow the player to merge the fighters faster somehow. I find that it’s difficult to do before approaching certain obstacles. Faster merging would suit this game better.

Coins - Another point I want to bring up would be the coins that you collect in the game. The player can collect these coins scattered throughout each and every level and at the end of each level. But they can’t do anything with them. I thought of a couple of ideas; maybe implement a type of item you can buy in the game, which goes to my next point…

Players should be able to buy stuff in the game!

They can be upgrades, items or maybe even new characters. I feel as though the player could do with incentive to collect coins.

Upgrade 1: This kind of falls on my last point, but maybe have it to where the player can upgrade the merge speed.

Upgrade 2: Maybe the fighter can reach a bigger size? I’ve noticed that you can only go up five stages before they stop at level five which just a bigger version of the fourth stage.

Upgrade 3: The fighter can upgrade their attacking speed, meaning they won’t get hurt immediately when they approach the enemy.

Characters - As for the other things, the player could unlock new giants and they can be other types of people. You get a lady giant, but what if you could get a guy who get more muscular the bigger he grows? If you’re inclined on using only ladies, maybe have a different lady character? (Apologies for ignorance in the matter, but I don’t know the context for which the game was made.)

Pause Screen - A pause screen would be really nice, I remember times where I closed the game only to get booted right back into the game. I couldn’t even get my bearings before playing again.

Main Menu - I would just be nice to be able to cool down after you’ve played a few levels. Maybe you can look at the settings, look at the coins you’ve collected or perhaps even have another feature?

More backgrounds - It would be nice to be able to play through some different levels, via different environments, like a city, a jungle, a volcanic field. You could stomping and breaking through many different obstacles, destroying other things.

Obstacles - I feel as though the obstacles get a little too derivative after a while. Maybe there can be other giants you can smash, there can be enemies you can squish?

Bases - This goes back to the coins thing, but what if you had a base that you can protect? (I know, I’m getting this from Clash of Clans.) Maybe you can make purchases for a home that your fighters can live in.

Fighter count - I just thought if this one, but what if the fighters that survive after a level go to this base? They accumulate and they can do different things for you depending on the things that you buy for them. They can then add up, like a tally of sort of the amount of overall fighters you’ve collected from all the levels you’ve played?

Level Select - You could have a level select, but that’s optional.

It’s a lot of stuff, but if you’re looking for some interesting ideas, here’s a boat load of them! You’re game has so much potential! Please at least consider using these ideas!
