Broken
(iPhone user) Over all the app is good... until. After a few days of using the app I get a message that an unexpected error has occurred and to try later. Once this happens I can never use the app again without getting this message until I delete it and reinstall it. This has happened to me about 5 times now. This being the 5th time and why I’m leaving this review! Also every time I leave my WIFI it asked me a bunch a security questions. Once and a while I understand but every time! This is definitely not the best bank app I have ever used.
It’s okay but....
I do not like the change in the bill pay option. Previously when I made a payment no matter when the date was set, the disbursement showed being out of my account immediately. That worked perfect for me, PERFECT. The new system doesn’t work that way. When discussing this revised feature with other patrons of your bank, they are not happy with this revision either.
This is it, that is the only change I don’t appreciate...I know this is a huge software change, if even possible, but it is also a huge improvement as well.
The bill pay option is the only feature I use. So you can imagine how important this change would be for me.

Terrible! Error messages constantly
This app is absolutely terrible! There are days that go by when I can not get in without receiving an error message. This happens while all my other apps work including ones from other financial institutions.
