Lack of English Narration Limits Usability

Initially, I thought this app provided great value because I got it for a specific class. Later, I discovered I could watch many more courses, which was exciting—until I realized they were all in French. I don’t understand why there’s no English narration. While you offer subtitles, I prefer to listen rather than read. This limitation really affects the experience for non-French speakers. I’ll do a little bit more research and if this is really the case, I will be unsubscribing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're glad to hear that you appreciate the variety of our courses, though we’re sorry the language barrier has impacted your experience.

While many of our courses are currently in French, we truly understand the importance of offering content in other languages like English. We're actively exploring ways to expand our audio offerings, and your feedback will help guide these improvements. In the meantime, the subtitles are there to bridge the gap, though we understand they’re not ideal for everyone.

No Apple TV Support

Unless I’m missing something MentorShow does not exist within the Apple TV platform while Masterclass does. I don’t quite understand why and would recommend Masterclass for this reason alone. Also the app has glitches and I currently cannot access my subscription and just given a blank gray screen. With little to no online support help, they are trying to be like Masterclass but fall Ng short on accessibility and assistance.

While many of our current courses are in French, we know how important it is to offer more options in other languages. Expanding our English content is something we’re actively working on, and your input helps us prioritize these improvements.
