The McHenry County EMA app is a tool that can be used to assist residents becoming more aware of potential hazards. App features include information on how to prepare before, during, and after certain types of disasters. The app also has Social Media Integration, customizable preparedness checklists, and the ability to notify the EMA of personal property damage to name a few. This app is intended to provide you with everyday information about our office and the services we provide, as well as the ability to provide emergency notifications and information to your phone.

Seems great so far!
The amount of information and resources in here is impressive! This app definitely seems to be well thought out! I still have some more digging to do to see what else is offered, but I’m impressed with what I’m seeing so far. If you’re a McHenry County resident...this app is worth the space on your phone.
App on my iPad
I’ve had the app not work properly again twice in a row on my IPad. I’ve had to delete it and re install it numerous times. When I try and open the app itself....I get a black blank screen. Seems very unsteady on my iPad. Please fix this problem or tell me how to fix this problem to avoid having to delete it and reinstall it over and over again.
