Description
Explore the past with this application that lets you see dates as they would have been carved by the Maya. Track the famous calendar that began a new cycle (b'ak'tun) on December 21st, 2012 and convert between dates in the Gregorian calendar and the Maya Long Count calendar.
Built exclusively for iPhone, Maya Long Count is a quick and easy way to accurately calculate and view the long count date and haab' and tzolk'in sacred round values. The application allows you to see how dates would have been written by the Maya and convert between the current Gregorian and the Long Count calendars. It can show you any date from January 1st, 9999 BCE to December 31st, 9999 CE and let you convert from any date in the current Piktun cycle (from 0.0.0.0.0 to 19.19.19.17.19).

Ratings and Reviews
Fun and Scholarly enoghh
This app is great; I’ve used it for years now. If you’re interested in the tzolk’in for spiritual purposes it’s a fine way to track the days and look up birthdays. The fact that it has different correspondences for researchers is awesome and it elevates the app from something purely for the spiritual to something that helps out when I’m reading old inscriptions. It’s faster than going to FAMSI and works good enough for everything but the most complicated calendrics, which to be honest I don’t really expect any app to be able to do. The addition of Lords of the Night might be nice, but for a free app this is better than expected.
You forgot about BC and AD
Great app, but I think there should be a setting for what abbreviations should be used for BCE and CE. I like using BC instead of BCE, and AD instead of CE. Also, would you please make it so that this app works on Apple Watch?
Thank you
