Hello, thank you for your feedback. Mattr is a place where we promote open, intentional and mindful dating. We aren't an app for just neurodivergent people or just neurotypical people. We are an app for everyone to be themselves. One of our core features is limiting your potential matches to 5 people daily, which is the complete opposite to fostering an environment of doom scrolling as you mention. Neurodivergent users can also display a badge on their profile to let other users know they are neurodivergent and we also provide them with the option to match with only other neurodivergent users if they would prefer. One of the most novel opportunities we offer people on the app is the "honesty box", it let's you openly state what you take pride in about yourself and what not so good that other people may need to know about you - going beyond the norm of surface level conversation. In addition to this, we want to enable more meaningful connections and enable people to meet in person. We have partnered with multiple venues and experiences in London and all users of the app get access to discounts at these venues that they can use on their dates or even a day out with friends. Rather than advertising toxic consumer behaviours, we are giving you the opportunity to actually meet people in person and reducing the major barrier which is the cost.

Hello - great apps are not built overnight. Our aim is to disrupt the dating app industry, build a great app and then eventually be available in various locations all over the world and we are working towards that.
