Description
MatrixCare for Home Care is an electronic health record/electronic medical record (EHR/EMR) app that enables Home Care organizations to enforce best practices that maximize compliance, improve client caregivers outcomes and increase efficiencies. It’s designed to enable caregivers to have the ability to document personal care services at the point-of-care to ensure accuracy and compliance, without compromising the care of the client. It allows caregivers to access their schedules and client information at the time the care is provided.

Horrible issues with this app
I sure wish the developer would update this app!! The issues with this app is horrible. And I’m sure billing is getting tired of the issues also. The whole company is probably somewhat frustrated. Especially the employees that have to clock in daily and can’t because of the app not working. Please 🙏🙏fix these bugs, or I might have to call an exterminator. 😊 A quick response would be appreciated. Thank you. ☺️
Home care app
At first the app was good, worked relatively well. Now over the past couple months since the update the app has been shotty at best. It frequently shuts down everytime I need to log in and shuts down everytime I need to log out. This leads to my managers having to call me almost every shift to make sure that I made it to my client on time. I try to delete and redownload the app multiple times but this does not seem to fix the issue, even when my managers reset my password and log in information. If there is any way to rectify these issues that would be for the better because at the moment I have no good things to say about this app.
what did you doooo
the recent update is ridiculously bad and I can not imagine why anyone in their right mind would approve it. was it even tested?
