Great Refresher and Prep Tool
I’m getting ready to start training for my next assignment on a ship. This is an easy to use tool. I was just looking for the COLREGS test questions, but the Review modules are extremely helpful. It’s like having a high level Maritime Rules of the Road instructor on your phone.
Great for SWOs going to BDOC
I couldn’t just read COLREGS and make it stick to my brain for sheee, thank god for this app and the creators of this dynamic way of memorizing rule by rule. Because if your going to be navigating a multi million-billion dollar ship make sure you have this memorized to the T!
Great app but could be better
Great app. Please make distinction of inland/international more apparent. Also, when completing every rule please allow for resetting the progress so that I can go back and “learn.” After I finished everything there was a window congratulating me on getting through everything but when I attempted to reset, the app did not allow it. Thank you.

To address your concern about the distinction between inland and international rules, the app focuses solely on international COLREGS, as mentioned in the App Store description. This is because the variety of inland rules differs greatly between countries, making it challenging to cover them comprehensively within the app.
Regarding the issue with the screen freezing after completing everything, this is highly unusual and something we haven’t encountered before. To investigate further, could you kindly send a screenshot of the screen where the issue occurred via the in app contact button.
