Description

My application allows you to access comprehensive training programs, track your progress, and monitor your journey to health and fitness. On the main page, you can browse my messages and check your daily training statistics. My app also integrates with Apple Health, enabling you to track the number of steps and calories burned.
In the app, you will also find a training calendar, serving as a planner for each of your days. By clicking on the training of the day, you will be taken directly to the first exercise of the program.
Once you’re in a training program, you can easily browse through the subsequent exercises. At the bottom of the screen, you will find a workout timer and the option to record sets, reps, weight, and time. Each exercise is accompanied by photos and videos, providing continuous support in terms of proper technique. Recording your results in the app will help me accurately assess how hard you’re working to achieve your training goals.

What’s New

Version 8.8.0

In this release we’ve added the ability for all clients to track their activity history. If you head to your profile you’ll see the ability to view all recent surveys, finished programs, completed habits, and more. Beyond that, we’ve added your height/weight to your profile tab, upgraded the way you track measurements assigned by your coach, and have added an Emergency Contact to your profile.
