MASmobile is intended for use by customers of MASterMind and requires MASterMind EX services.

MASmobile allows authorized central station personnel and dealers to manage customer data, place systems on or off test, view system event history, test history, and system zones, using a mobile device. MASmobile requires MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database.

MASmobile has undergone a complete redesign from the ground up. The app features a new user interface as well as an enhanced user experience. The app also supports light and dark interface styles. In addition, the app has been redesigned to work exclusively with MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database. Enhanced security using OAuth Session Management and biometric login support has also been added to the app. Improvements to session management, abandoned session handling, and password reset management are also included.

Old version better do not uninstall it

The old version of MAS web that is no longer available worked better. This version requires you to sign in for everything. Sign in to put test time sign in to remove test time sign in when you open the app after 5 minutes.
App locks up on sign in have to close and reopen then sign in again.
Has facial recognition sign in option that stopped working after 1 week of use.

Uninstalling and reinstalling since I’m forced to use this version now. May use the web version on my phone which is not friendly if issue persists.

Such a pain to try and use

Makes you enter your password to do anything, login, put account in test, take out of test. If you want to check signals and you pull out your phone after just a few minutes you have to login again but it won’t let you, you have to force the app to close and then re open and login again.

Doesn’t work after update

Every time they update something doesn’t work and now I can’t even login I wish I could go back several versions to when I could actually use it
