I was appreciative that Mariner Finance came through with my first loan. I was going through a rough patch and needed to get a loan. I was greeted with a friendly smile & awesome customer service which removed any tension I had. Everything I said was taken into consideration. The loan officer said I was approved and asked if I needed more money. No thank you, but I will keep it in mind. I paid off my loan within the designated time and the amount.

As time went by, I needed a loan. Mariner came through for me once again. I had no problems getting approved for a second loan with Mariner Finance. Communication is a pleasure, they were always very cordial & understanding of my needs in getting a loan. I was grateful that Mariner is a respectful company who values their customers and knows when not to cocerse their customers and lets us know that they’re always there to help. I’m done paying my loan and I have no doubt if ever I need their help, they’ll be there to help me out with a third loan.

Honestly the best iPhone app I’ve used!

This iPhone app is the best I’ve ever used and I’ve got an app for everything so that says a lot. They really set this one up nice, making it so easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for whether it’s to add a card or bank account, check your balance or next payment due date or take it off of automatic payment and put it back on at a later date. The interface is well spaced so you can easily see everything.

I am a co-signer on this loan for my son and I’ve co-signed for him on a loan with a different company and have no access within the app as the co-signer, however they don’t mind taking the money from my account every two weeks! This app gives me the same access as my son has. That’s the way it should be.

In addition, the app performs flawlessly. I’ve never encountered an error and the Face ID even works if you are laying down! I don’t usually write reviews because most apps are acceptable or less than, but I just had to give them props where props are due. This one is a gem!

P.S. We are extremely pleased with the ease of the loan process as well and their customer service is top-notch!

Had to turn off notifications entirely and I’m about to start blocking their emails and reporting them as spam. I’ve had 3-4 emails and app push notifications each, today alone, begging me to borrow more money. There are 3 options for push notifications and only payment reminders are on, marketing notifications are off.

The app on its own deserves a higher rating, it works and it mostly works well, which is more than a lot of others can report. But there’s no way to report any issues in-app or provide feedback outside of the seemingly random times they ask you to submit feedback when you log in.

Separate issue not app related: When I log in via desktop browser it asks me to send the 2fa text, and it shows a second number I never added, don’t recognize, and can’t get anybody to explain to me, but it’s not on my profile so where did this number even come from?
