Magic.io: Spells & Zombies 9+

This game is very well put together & I’ve been enjoying it over the past few weeks, however after getting past level 20 (sorcerer’s square) I’ve encountered choking points where my game isn’t able to keep it’s frame rate up. Specifically, this happens mostly during swarms & the last minute of the round, my game begins to choke up & I get bombarded with enemy mage spells, costing me the round usually at the last 30 - 15 seconds. This not only has to do with the large volume of enemies, but also the large volume of drops (which the bird / no ability even picks up the remaining drops left around the map, most likely adding to the lagging effects).

Fun game until I realized I was missing 2/3rds of my rewards. I have “gotten” many tickets rewarded after progressing through the 2 levels and unlocking chests in the daily rewards. You click on the chests(I unlocked them all twice) for your daily rewards and you see:
1-2 tickets or similar granted… and then I go to the store to use them and it I don’t have any tickets. After countless losses of rewards I sought to contact the developer within the app. There are no options to submit reports or any feedback. Playing further doesn’t make much sense if I get half or less of the rewards and there is no one to submit a complaint to. I hope this review catches someone’s attention to get my tickets(8 or more?) restored. I recommend the game if they fix the rewards.

At a point, the game becomes pay to win. That’s okay with me (for now) because I still get my dopamine rush even though it’s repetitive.

I have been saving up to upgrade to a better wand. I was on my way there (okay still far away but doing my best), and my fat finger accidentally clicked 10 draw of the chests - which is bought with 2700 gems. It didn’t say “are you sure?” And instead took my hard earned gems - and gave me garbage! Womp womp womp. I think that’s what I would change about this game - confirming large purchases of chests. This is the second time it’s happened and I can imagine rage quitting if my fat fingers cause me to be robbed again.

But!

The game is fun! I enjoy it a lot. You decide if you watch ads or not, and I love that. Some days I don’t mind and could use the extra bonuses but other times I’m between work calls and want to just do a quick run.

Also for some reason dashing doesn’t work when trying to go to the upper left. Could absolutely be my phone, so I have not included that in the Star review.
