Description
The Paw Pass mobile application allows you to pay for LYNX trips (Orlando, FL) by purchasing your pass, activating it and scanning the farebox code. For passengers eligible for discount fares (AdvantAge and Youth), a valid LYNX identification card is required to use the discount fare payment method.

Ok so normally in all honesty I wouldn’t have cared too much, if I haven’t literally been on hold for 45 minutes 50 seconds on the dot now. I had an account set up on my old phone before I had gotten a new phone and had 2 previous full day passes on my old phones account. But because the account was “still active.” I was unable to use those 2 passes(Which passed were 4.50$ each) first 9$ down the drain there. And then earlier in this week I bought myself a week pass, and today when I tried to use my lynx app to get on the bus I was signed out and upon signing in was greeted with my old wallet the one with my week pass being deleted. Now lynx I have been a loyal customer and would like nothing more but a refund of my passes back onto my account for use. I will try to email you aswell to resolve this matter.
New App-NO communication with riders
This new app has no monthly passes! What a joke of an app launch! The fact that the old app is no longer working and the new app has very limited passes to purchase is extremely concerning and disappointing for the riders and the people who actually fund this PUBLIC entity, the taxpayers, which I am one! Every public transportation system has at least a monthly and daily passes for purchase. Most have daily, weekly and monthly passes available. The Lynx transit system has only daily passes available for purchase! Poor service from the communication to commuters and riders, even the bus drivers are unaware of which app is the new and/or the old app! Poor service to the community from another sector of the local government!
Tickets Not Showing
I bought a 30 day pass for my mom and niece under their account (on my phone) and now it’s not letting them see it on the app on their phone. I thought it would still show since it’s on her account email/info but it’s not :( it’s saying she can’t retrieve wallet because it’s being used by another device but I logged out and even deleted the app and still nothing. She’s unable to see her tickets. I don’t understand why they had to switch the app, the other one was so much better. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it SMH Hoping my mom didn’t lose $50. I will be calling tomorrow if the tickets don’t show up!!!
