Since update on app my phone isn’t new enough to have the app anymore
The update wasn’t able to allow my phone to work with the app anymore
Transaction
Once I log onto the bank account, I see everybody’s transactions mixed on one screen. I do not like that. Every individual account, which we have five, should be individually posted when you access that account. I do not like my transactions to be seen at the first sign on mixed with other transactions from a different checking account. Please make that adjustment I am not happy with it. No other bank does that.
The worst mobile deposit app I’ve ever used.
I’m technologically advanced and it typically takes 5-10 tries to get a mobile deposit through, by what I’ve found successful being signing an artificially HUGE scribble as my endorsement. Over a decade ago apps with mobile deposit like Scottrade was flawless and 1 try versus now a true struggle. Anyone not tech savvy AND patient will simply not be able to use the mobile deposit.
