The app contains the following subscription options:
- 3 months without trial - 29.99$, 1 year without trial - 49.99$, 1 month with 3-day trial - 19.99$, 1 week with 3-day trial - 6.99$
- Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Best app for skincare on the market now
The app is well put together with simple, consistent, video based guides. It will combine various routines into an easy to follow story for target area work. I really like the seamless and detailed point system so you can benchmark your progress; they let you know the average amount of points most users track before reporting results and offer a thorough diary. Other nice features include skincare education, product and nutrition guides/plans. There is a thoughtful, inclusive design scheme throughout the experience. The yoga really does stimulate the areas they’ve created guides for and has been a very relaxing, positive experience. I have tried a few other apps that really are just a shell to sell products for participating beauty brands. This app is brand agnostic with good information about what kinds of products to use combined with quality health information. I think this has a lot of potential to actually meet its advertised purpose as well as evolve with a supportive community and good product team. Well done!

Excellent instructions
I have only been using Luvly for two days so I don’t see results yet but after today’s exercises, I can definitely feel that I have worked the muscles in my face. I work out on a regular basis and it just makes sense that working the muscles in your face would tone them up just like any other part of your body. I don’t know why I haven’t tried this before. I feel like see results quickly doing these exercises. I also really appreciate the straightforward and easy to understand the verbal instructions along with the videos, if you feel like you are definitely doing the exercises correctly. Many other times when I have tried to do other exercises I never feel like I am doing them properly or getting the full benefit. I need to take a before and after photo to see my true progress. I am 56 years old and I am seeing the start of some sagging in my jaw line and around my neck. I purchase the 90 day program and I am really hoping to see some results in these areas.

Excellent customer service
The app is great and offers a lot, but it just didn’t fit into my routine and I ended up not using it. My auto renewal happened because I forgot to cancel in time. Since it was only a couple days into the cycle I contacted customer service to see if the charge could be reversed and my subscription cancelled. The auto pay had already gone through and the terms are very clear, but they made an exception in good faith and refunded 30% of the subscription while still allowing me to use the app for the remaining time. They also responded to me very quickly which I really appreciated. What great customer service! I probably could have pushed to receive a full refund but I thought it was more than fair to refund partially since I didn’t cancel
in time. I would absolutely recommend this app for folks who are disciplined enough to follow the daily regiment.
