Ratings and Reviews
Poorly trained customer service and confused delivery drivers
Every delivery driver needs me to send my location on WhatsApp. Takes all the convenience out of having something delivered when I’m not home! Customer service is poorly trained and doesn’t communicate properly. I’m waiting in the live chat for a response like hello??? You still there?? No manners to tell me they need a moment to process the request. You can click to see live tracking, but it’s not tracking anything! Disappointing. This app works unlike the old one, but it’s far from where it should be. Don’t offer this service if you’re not willing to FULLY deliver.
Not user friendly
Worst app ever, foes not allow me to sign in, used the forgot password option as advised nearly 10 times, but no response from lulu, I am already a registered user but cannot use the app.
Horrible
this app including the portal is horrendous to say the least. Search doesn’t work. It keeps crashing. Just overall a horrible experience.
