App crashes
I just finished installing my system and downloaded the app.
So far I’m not impressed. The recording sometimes don’t show up in your app and when you hit refresh the app crashes.
overall, camera quality seems good, but will probably have to return the system because the app is horrible. The app reviews are bad for a reason I just wish I researched the app reviews and not just a camera system

Total and Complete Garbage
This app will not connect to the FLIR NVR. The “developers” clearly just rebranded the ancient FLIR Cloud app that was constantly crashing. They simply changed the colors of the old app (that was never updated) from black to light blue. They did nothing to improve it, and not only does the app not connect, it gives you zero insight into the error causing the problem.
Maybe some random developer-of-the-week from Lorex will respond to this review saying thank you for the info and explain how they will consider the info, but nothing will happen. Lorex will still push this worthless app to customers that have spent $1000s on their cameras only to find out they are unusable given the junk software. Don’t buy anything from these people. Quality is the last thing on their minds.
Fixed: Notifications Broken Again
Lorex came through and fixed the notification issue. Faster than last time so I will increase my rating to 4 stars. If you can update regularly so we don’t have to beg and plead for an update, I will raise to 5 stars. Some will hate, but the app works perfectly for my needs if notifications work.
Notifications have once again stopped working. Rebooting everything and turning notifications off and back on does nothing. Lorex, please update the app to fix!!
