Doesn’t work with Alexa
They market this device/app as compatible with Alexa. After a lengthy installation process I finally got the lock in and powered up, set-up on my wifi, and Lockly app configured. One of my key requirements when selecting a smart lock was compatibility with Alexa, yet I tried over and over to get it to connect to Alexa. It was at that point that I saw all the 1 star ratings and other frustrated people with the same issue. Apparently the Lockly server providing isn’t reliable/working. It’s a basic function advertised on the box and an element of the product’s overall value that Lockly is misleading their customers on. Will likely return my door lock and avoid this company in the future.
