Local03: Cheap Worldwide Calls 4+

I’ve used this company before for a few years and everything was working great and their customer service was on point for everything you needed.

In the last couple of years their service has gotten so bad.

On my last trip the calls worked only 50% of the time.

But more importantly, I’ve been trying to contact them for almost a month now and no one is helping me.
I asked for a refund and to stop the service because there is no option to only purchase it for one month. You have to call to cancel when you no longer need the service. Which on its own is a red flag for a business model in the phone industry.

I let them know via email that I can’t talk over the phone and must use an email to communicate with them and cancel.
Since then they stopped responding.

They did communicate with me via email with a very quick response time on the sign up for the service.
After that I’m 5 emails in over the past month and no one is responding.

I had to cancel the service and dispute the transaction directly with my credit card company.

They used to be good but something really bad happened there.
I’d highly recommend not to use this service.

Do you older version used to work so beautifully contact touch a number dial’s no problem this new version is better looking but it’s not working in anyway shape or form literally nothing in it work I can’t get to the “Sam” screen to activate the sms option, I can’t dial anywhere and when it once in a blue moon does me the favor of dialing it doesn’t dial the number I’m actually trying to contact it’s only calling the initial “local“ number and I end up having to input the Israeli number myself. which makes the app completely useless I might as will just dial the “Local number“ by myself.
Such a shame the old app worked for me for years and never filled...

I’ve been using this app for 1 year now. Every time I call through this app I experienced Spoken words repeated a lot and after a while call drops. As if they are recording what say, then you hear that again. I talked to them but they don’t fixed it.
