Description
Lobby Kiosk Check-In App provides visitors with a seamless check-in experience upon arrival. Visitors can directly input their name and select the provider, reducing wait times and improving overall efficiency. Upon completion of check-in, designated provider wil receive notifications allowing them to prepare for the visitor's arrival promptly.

The free version of Lobby Kiosk Check-In App includes all features listed above but with some limitations described below:
- Only one specialist can be added
- Only 10 check-in notifications are allowed

A great addition to my counseling practice
Before the check in kiosk, clients (especially new ones) would walk into my counseling practice, unsure of how to let me know they were there. You can imagine how anxiety inducing this is for someone who is coming to therapy for the first time. Now that I’ve installed the check in Kiosk, clients are at ease when they come in and check in, knowing that I’ve been notified of their arrival! Cannot recommend enough- I wish all clinics had something like this!
Exactly What an Office Needs
This app is awesome! It is easy to set up and configure all by yourself. The concept is simple: the guest checks in on a tablet by entering their name and selecting the provider they are there to see. The provider receives a text alerting them their appointment is there. So simple yet incredibly helpful! Every office should use this app!
