Ratings and Reviews
Can’t sync
App has been decent but I haven’t been able to resynchronize my bike for 11 days now. They should have a resync option so users can resync if they have the same issue
Target charge percentage
This app should allow user to control bike charge settings. I have used other apps (Rivian) where you can set a schedule and charge percentage target. It is tedious to constantly be changing the target charge percentage by scrolling through to the very last screen page in the settings menu on the actual bike to make that adjustment. At least have the option on the initial settings screen so we don’t have to scroll to the last choice. I have to do this twice daily and have to physically plug it in after 9pm every night. Other apps have all these controls conveniently on the app, no need to plug unplug and use the bike menu. This and fixing the “fuse pull reboot” when the app stops syncing would make this a 4 star app. Thank you!
missing basic features
I can’t paste directions into the navigation system, and if I find the address and start navigation from the app, switching to the bike’s navigation only shows a blank map of my current location. I’ve already set permissions to allow the app to access my location while in use.
If a bike update is available, the app won’t let me initiate the update or check the current firmware version to see if it’s up to date.
When a warning or caution appears on the bike, it shows under diagnostics on the bike itself, but the app only displays a maintenance schedule. It doesn’t provide any error codes shown on the bike or explain what they mean—just a link to the bike’s manual, which doesn’t include error codes.
The only thing I might use the app for is checking tire pressure, and that’s it.
Ultimately, I don’t use the app because it doesn’t allow me to manage my bike’s hardware or software.
