So often I wake up and I don’t want to necessarily listen to a meditation, visualization, or full podcast at that time… but I want a short audio accompaniment that can just help me start my day on the right foot as I get ready. This is the first app that I’m aware of that’s designed for this!! It gives bite-sized info on a variety of topics but also has tangible features that help you integrate the learnings for your day to day. The experience of it is seamless & supportive. I’m so happy this finally exists!
