How does Link On Demand work?
- Link On Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Link On Demand app, input your address within Lone Tree city limits, and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up at your location, or nearby, and drop you off at your destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.
How long will I wait?
- You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your Link On Demand shuttle in real time in the app.
How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?
- The number of passengers you will share a journey with varies based on capacity and your chosen destination! Our comfortable shuttles can easily accommodate up to 12 people.

Give us back the ability to see our minutes from being picked up before ordering a ride, I will be given a 8:30 AM pick up at 8:10 AM and the link will be here in like 3 min. Not accurate! Give us the old version back!

App is horrible
This app may as well have been designed by a kindergartener. The accuracy of where you are or where you need to go is ALWAYS inaccurate.
Half the time now the app has an “internal server error” during operating hours
The shuttle is a great idea but if guests can’t use or it utilize it for important things like doctors appointments or work then what’s the point?
