Great app to improve your language

I like the app. Great approach for books. Very comfortable way of reading and adding new words to your vocabulary. The part which helps you to learn new word that you have added during reading also great. Really effective and uses direct ways to help you to remember them. The only drawback is not big enough library.

One of the best out there!

This is clearly one of the best language resources available today. There are a few issues with the summary test where there are duplicate correct answers and choosing the wrong one will get you graded incorrectly. Nevertheless there is a wealth of reading material and so many combinations of word phrases or just words to commit to long term memory utilizing their robust testing sequence. Not to mention that the testing function is fully customizable with the ability to save your preferred method. I really enjoy Lingard and I’m glad I found you guys. This is going to be a fun year of learning. (Fix the summary test and the fifth star is all yours guys 😅)

Misrepresentation of their subscription plans

I signed up for one year subscription yesterday, thinking that I would have a few days to review the course.
After approximately one minute and 20 seconds of use, I decided that I did not like it and I wanted to cancel the subscription.
When I contacted the company, they basically told me that I had to pay for the full year because that was the subscription that I had signed up for.
I have contacted Apple about this as I feel that the company has used misleading practices to obtain a subscription.
based on my very limited experience with this application. I would be very careful about subscribing to it until you are very sure that it is something that you want to use.

We are sorry that you had such an experience. You did not have a trial period because you chose the subscription with a 50% discount, which does not include a trial period. This was clearly stated at the time of payment. We cannot refund your money because all transactions are handled by Apple. If you want to make a refund, you need to contact Apple.
