Good app, poor service

The concept of the service and the app are great, but I found that there is often little care for the “Experts” on the app. If you ever need any help or have a question they’ll always tell you they encourage you to ask, but if you do you’ll either not get a response, or get an irrelevant one from someone who doesn’t work for limitless days later. It seems in rather poor taste to distance the company from the experts so much. Furthermore, while you can make good money on the app, it is frequently unfair. For example with some Microsoft questions you could be on a chat for 40 mins and make only 2 Dollars. You could also be with a customer for 20 minutes, not be able to resolve their query and have to transfer, and then make no money at all. Overall I find the app to be a good idea, but often the work isn’t worth the time and the support is almost nonexistent.

Terrible bugs/glitching

After receiving a “personal feedback” from providing assistance to someone, I am unable to even see the conversation it is referencing. Often times, I don’t use the “approved narrative” because it takes so long for the app to load, search, and open the “knowledge library” when in chat and trying to respond. Then by that time it’s expired and someone else is responding.
My biggest issue is that the knowledge library says “SUGGESTIONS” not that we are required to use those lines verbatim. It’s a little frustrating as someone who genuinely is wanting to help consumers but there is a miscommunication between what it is we are/aren’t allowed to say as Experts.

Poor help for Experts

I used Limitless for about a month and enjoyed the experience. However at some point we had to update security settings on our devices. Not a huge deal, until I encountered an issue with the settings update. I tried 3-4 times to get help from support, but was either given an irrelevant or vague answer each time. I did a lot of work on Limitless. It’s such a shame that they don’t seem to provide detailed help for their Experts. Needless to say I will be looking for another opportunity elsewhere.
