Love Lilly Clothes - Don’t Love App/website

App/website are difficult to use. Pictures show tops and bottoms together, but you can buy only one! For example, while viewing some pants, the picture shows them with a top, and there’s no info to find the top. There are not even suggested coordinating items. The shopper needs to search, and search to possibly find it, if it’s even carried.

Mailed catalog has beautiful pictures, but it’s extremely hard to read the texts - even figuring out which description belongs to which item is difficult. Finding the items online is even more frustrating!

PS: I cannot see whatever I typed in this feedback. I had to type in a text editor app, then copy/paste here. Really frustrating! If I didn’t love the clothes so much, I would have given up hours ago!

Cute tights!

I love my new tights, they fit like my old tights so I ordered the right size. I was excited because they have a pocket in the leg but it turns out the pocket is on the right side and I play tennis and I was looking forward to using these for Tennis as needed but it would require the pocket to be on the left side so I am a little unhappy about that situation. I guess there should be pockets on both sides for people who are right handed and left-handed. As a right handed tennis player, you hold the racket in your right hand and you put the ball in the pocket on the left with your left hand so the right hand pocket is inconvenient and possibly would make the ball be in the way of my strokes.

Love Lilly clothes but horrible customer service

If you love Lilly, you spend a lot of money to wear their clothing. You would expect great customer service to go along with it but that isn’t the case. They really don’t care if you shop with them or not and are willing to lose a loyal customer with no regrets. I bought a large amount of clothing the day before the promo began. I contacted them regarding the free items and was told I didn’t qualify. I asked if i needed to return the items and repurchase to receive the promos. They said I could do whatever i want. I live 90 minutes from the Lilly store, so I decided not to drive 3 hours round trip. The sales associate told me the day I purchased that I could email and receive the gifts with no problem. That was not the case. I would’ve been okay with it if the representative emailing me seemed to care one bit. Kindness goes a long way and much can be forgiven with a little compassion. I don’t believe Lilly could have condoned the poor customer service given to me.
