Welcome to the new LightspeedDMS app!
The LightspeedDMS app is a new convenient way of accessing your dealership information to help manage your business anywhere, anytime on your mobile device. It provides a fast, intuitive, and secure mobile integration to the LightspeedDMS dealer management system. The LightspeedDMS app is available free of charge to all dealers running the LightspeedDMS application. Features will display based on modules purchased.
INSTALL
The Lightspeed app is only available to LightspeedDMS customers. Check for your Dealer ID and Remote Authorization Password found in the LightspeedDMS desktop application under the Help - System Info menu. You will need to enter this information only once when using the application for the first time. Each subsequent time upon entering the application you will be asked for your LightspeedDMS username and password.

Package Pricing and Logging
This release allows users to see the package pricing on Major Units along with additions to third party logging to better find defects.
Ratings and Reviews
Needs some Improvements.
- Need to be able to add pictures from the Gallery!!!
- Utilize the volume button on phone to take a picture just like the regular camera... it’s not always easy to get 2 hands in some tight spaces.
- Needs to be able to focus, have to retake photos because they are blurry.
- Add the option to search closed (cashiered) work orders to be able to go back and see information noted on a previous work order.
LightspeedEVO Plus
There have been so many improvements in this app since the first release. It is easy to use. Allows the sales team to be mobile and to be able to search units in many ways including by multiple options. Anyone can send & receive texts & emails on there phone. The best thing is they are assigned phone numbers that belong to the dealership! Techs can clock in & off of their jobs, and make their notes. Check it out!!
Requires iOS 12
I have 2 iPad Air running iOS 12 that we use in the shop. The app crashes instantly on open. Please fix this error would be nice to get more life out of these older devices especially in the shop.
