Extra helpful and friendly

Almost everyone goes out of their way to do absolutely everything they can to give me the best service possible every time. At the main branch on 14th St. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is especially courteous, respectful, and friendly, and it does not hurt that. He also has an extremely wonderful & warm professional, speaking voice. he goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need every time I call, even down to remembering who I am from Calls to the next, which is some kind of strange and wonderful talent. Forgotten the Customers

Levo Credit Union seems to have forgotten that the customers are actually their owners. They have made several decisions that are antagonizing their customers. First, they changed the name to Levo, which sounds more like a hemp store than a financial institution. Then, they built a sparky new branch in my neighborhood with NO drive up window. When I was asked to enter my whole social security number at a remote location, I just drove away. I thought about switching banks, but I was so pleased with the electronic bill pay, and I had all my bills set up there. Now they have changed that to a clunky system that takes a week to send a payment unless you want to pay $15 for overnight. It also won’t save my auto-pays if I make an additional payment. I have looked everywhere for contact information for the board of directors, but couldn’t find that information. I called my branch, but they didn’t have that information. They said someone would call me, but nope. Thanks for this opportunity to explain who I am looking for a new bank.

November 29 the biometric seems to be doing better went for about another month without having to reset it however I still have not seen any of the access to paying off the glass top or without it ending up leaving the interests of hanging out there Biometrics keeps needing to be reset No easy access to paying off draft topper Still hasn’t been fixed however I did go whole week without having to redo it had troubles originally getting the biometrics to work reloaded the software a couple of times called for help went in for help still didn’t work reloaded the app one more time seems to be working now
