A must have gaming experience

Great game very well thought out. Except maybe a tad to many menus? Some I think can be condensed being that they are accessible in other parts of the game. When you loose a battle for instance and all the options to power up your character are available before fighting again or returning home. The only option i would add is better descriptions next to each of the relics and power up options in backpack, and also in the forging section. Other then that game is great and leveling to 30 in 2 days plus being 40th place in the pvp isn't to bad either!
A year later level 99 still addicted to it, and excited for more to come. My only main concerns however is the lack of gold you can acquire for leveling items like gems, and other resources. Plus the lack of info with some of the task that are played. Over all the game is pretty stand alone and worth look.

Customer Service is TRASH…stay away from this game

Heed my warning; STAY AWAY from this game. Whenever you have an issue, NOTHING is done. The devs ONLY add things that can encourage money to be spent. The game is full of bugs, glitches, and cheaters. If you are a person, like me, that does spend to get things, DON’T do it for this game or anything from this company. When you have problems with your account, they won’t address it. Their excuse for never doing anything is demanding screenshots or videos(something you will never have but they can easily figure out). This game penalizes players with good accounts that beat players with higher battle ratings by “cheat” prompts when you win and not awarding your wins. Customer service gives only generic replies whenever you submit a ticket. I received - on many occasions - the same generic message sent to friends with totally different issues. My account has been messed up for months. They were deleting all of my problem tickets that I submitted. I started recording and screenshotting my customer service tickets to prove my tickets were being deleted once submitted. I received a new response saying that I should only submit 1 problem ticket. I can go on for days of how TRASH this company is. Heed MY WARNING: TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE that will appreciate it! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. You have been warned.

Don’t waste your time, the game randomly deleted my account

The game play is good, but in order to be even close to competitive you need to pay to play or just get killed by players millions of battle rank ahead of you. I just started playing again but I also ran into several glitches that are still there since last time I played over 6 months ago. My old account was gone so I started a new one and put in my recovery email and linked it to social media to preserve the account, however after unlocking the puppet master class I switched classes and somehow the game deleted my character. I sent in an email to support but have not had any response now and it’s been 3 days now. I tried to put in a ticket in game, but even after logging in and creating a new character to put in a ticket it tells me my account does not exist even though I’m able to play the game. I even logged in on their website with my account and verified my credentials but was unable to submit a ticket there as it says my account doesn’t exist. My wife put in a ticket on her account for me but has not received any help with recovering my account. Even after posting on their Facebook page I still have not had any support. Don’t waste your time or money on this game.
