Lefant 4+

Worked just fine until we upgraded our house to 5G because we were having so many issues with our other provider and couldn’t get Wi-Fi in parts of our house no matter what we did. We were excited to finally be able to connect both robots since one was in an area without Wi-Fi. And then … poof … no connection on either 🙄😐. Gah. We had planned on getting a third one now I’m not sure what we will do.

Barely any support, redundant apps, and confusing setup. The Lefant Life app is even worse due to bad design, lacking features, and worst of all, it doesn’t have its own Alexa skill. Instead of an exclusive Lefant skill, it forces you to login using Smart Life. The problem is, I already have Smart Life bulbs so when I try to connect the vacuum to Alexa, it logs me out of the bulbs. Basically, I’m forced to choose if I want to be able to voice control my bulbs or my vacuum, but not both at the same time. Terrible! It needs its own skill. Seems like a ton of these imported smart products share the same apps and what is more confusing is that I have three different logins all for the same app, because the poor design doesn’t consider that issue. Needs to be fixed. Basically unusable at this point. Also, notice all the fake reviews for this app in broken English. Such a waste.

Read over some reviews have to say some people seem quite impatient with the system. The password needing to be 6 to 12 letters or numbers could be spelled out clear meaning don’t put symbols. Phone number is required to create and register, but once all that was completed. The app is really cool, allowing you to see where your vacuum has cleaned and other status information about your vacuum.
