This app is ok besides the age rating
This app is 17+ and I have no clue why there is No reason for that
Not user friendly at all
This is probably the most frustrating app I’ve ever used. It’s in no way user friendly. You have to choose your store every time you log in, and clicking on your store may or may not work. The categories are weird. You can’t just click on produce and add things to your basket. If you choose fresh fruit, there are multiple listings for the same fruit as if no one has edited the app at all. Also, the ‘app’ is a website where you’re given the choice to get the app from the App Store or Google play. I’ve gone back and clicked on the app multiple times trying to get to an actual app, but I always end up back on the website. There’s no snack category (which is a helpful category, especially when you have children for whom you are making lunches). The list is long; suffice it to say that Lee’s should probably look into getting a new developer or at the very least, doing a major revamping of the app.
If you ever do get the app to work (which I have a few times), the people at Lee’s are super friendly and attentive. I’d really, really like to use this app for grocery pick up, but I’m currently using Walmart, against my better judgement, because the app is easy to use. Please fix the app so I can use Lee’s grocery pick up instead of Walmart!
Redundant
When you click on “online shopping” it just opens up your browser and takes you to the website. There’s no point in having this app even for the coupons, that’s all available online and at least the Lee’s website isn’t as much of an eyesore as this app. I’ll stick to using the website, this app doesn’t make shopping online easier.
