Version 1.04

After a new round of testing with children we take their feedback and implemented minor changes to improve become easier and more intuitive.

- The wheel is now reactive to a click/tap on it and carry the children to the selected table. Hence double use: the already in place for selecting tables and to confirm and start. Why this change? children wanted to go to the tables after tap/click on the wheel.

- A bigger field to input the results of each multiplication of the table, we realized it was small because sometimes they tapped outside the field.

- The number of a result field is deleted when it is selected. Why? Most of the children didn't know the delete button.

- A minor fix, the first run of the app the multiplication table system leaded to table of 4 independently of the selected table.
