Leap Health is truly a revolutionary app that makes managing my health effortless and stress-free. From accessing my complete health records to scheduling appointments and managing medications, everything I need is at my fingertips. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, and the seamless integration of features like virtual care, test results, and secure family sharing makes it stand out.

One of my favorite features is the ability to communicate directly with my care team and receive personalized health resources. It’s like having a health companion that keeps me organized and informed 24/7. The notifications and alerts ensure I never miss an appointment or an important update.

My Dr used to have a CureMD patient portal and was migrated to this useless app, which appears to be a beta version that shouldn't have been released yet. Half of the historical information has a date listed with no year, so it's impossible to tell when it was added to your file. Labs are listed as individual test results that aren't organized in any way. You can't tell which test was part of which set of labs. The actual full PDF results are supposedly uploaded here, but there's no way to view them. Customer service told me that "they are planning to implement this feature in the future"?? Being able to access medical records is a basic function of a patient portal. Years of labs, that I used to have access to on the CureMD portal, are missing. There's no way to get a full picture of your medical history or view the data in any meaningful way. No way to export your data either, as this is also "being implemented in the future." Customer service asked for screenshots of the issues I'm having in the app, but the send photo function in the chat, surprise surprise, doesn't work either.

To address your concerns:

• We’ve activated the Patient Portal, allowing you to export your medical records seamlessly as before, while we work to integrate this functionality into the app.
• The synchronization of older lab results from the EHR has been verified, and we’ve optimized the organization of test results for improved clarity, including adding the year for better context.
• Full PDF access for lab results, printing, and sharing options is now prominently available at the top of your records in the latest version of the app, pending App Store approval. Meanwhile, you can continue using the older portal for uninterrupted access to your data.
