KYC APPROVED on Website/FAILED ON APP

I initially signed up to be a customer on their website before I downloaded the app. And doing so I was able to verify my account almost instantaneously on the website, but when I downloaded the app and tried to redeem my winnings, my KYC verification was rejected because i was already verified on the website. I have tried to contact customer service every day for the past two weeks now asking if there has been any progress on fixing my account. And every day they keep telling me that the issue was forwarded to the relevant team, but I don’t see what could take this long to verify my profile on the app if my profile is already verified on their website. So I’m at the point where I’ve just completely lost hope in “THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT” fixing the issue. The issue being that I’m already verified on their website so the app will not let me be verified. All the while my account has winnings in it ready to be redeemed. But I have a strange feeling that my account would be verified the very next day if I played my balance down to zero!!!SMH

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I’ve been waiting for my redemption since December 16th. Support has only responded ONCE and assured me that the issue would be escalated immediately and the process would be expedient for payment. Mind you this was days after the their “typical 3 days processing time”. Since, I’ve reached out again another 4-5 times to ask for an update. They have failed to even give any updates, much less an even a single response. I’ve been extremely patient and gave them ample time to respond and/resolve this matter. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication and integrity now. Please take extreme caution before making any deposits or even playing here because the unfortunate part is… it could be you in my position next. Please just do the right thing and keep your integrity and your reputation in tack Lavish.. 😔
