What happened?
I’ve had this app for 5 years, it was just fine before they updated it this last time (about 6 weeks ago?) Firstly, the “new” version claimed I didn’t have a card to manage. So I clicked on “add card” and entered all the info. It said my card is already being managed. After a week of that nonsense, I had to uninstall and start all over. Now, my current balance and available balance are NEVER the same. Before, I would deposit checks one day and they would be available by the next morning and the balances would be equal, as they should be. Balances are always different now by hundreds of dollars. I can’t stand it and will probably switch banks.
Why the update?
The app worked fine before the update, but now that everything is changed, the app is so much worse. for starters, navigating through the options feels like using google in the 1990’s; it’s annoyingly slow to load EVERYTHING. i can’t even get notifications for my purchases anymore, why would you remove that feature? and not only that, it just looks ugly compared to the previous version.
if you people have even an ounce of brain matter left in your heads, you’ll change it back to the perfectly functional app is was before.
