Have all of your vehicle documentation ready and on-hand when you need it. From you Quick Start Guide to your Car Manual and Total Care handbook.
ORDER CAR ACCESSORIES
Personalise your vehicle with a wide range of accessories directly from the Customer Care App. Simply browse the Accessories Catalogue, select the options specifically designed for your model and order directly online.
BOOK A SERVICE
If it is time for a service, simply open the Customer Care App to find your nearest dealership and schedule a service at a time and date convenient for you.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Access roadside assistance anywhere, anytime via the Customer Care App. Whether you have experienced an accident, breakdown or simple puncture, the App will put you directly in touch with a roadside assistance agent to help immediately.
CONTACT CRC CALL CENTRE
If you need any further assistance with anything to do with your Jaguar Land Rover vehicle, there is a list of contact numbers, email addresses and locations on hand within the Customer Care App.
ADD MULTIPLE CARS
If you have several Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, the Customer Care App allows you to manage everything easily and conveniently from the one portal.

I didn't use the App yet , but I would like to comment on Land Rover as a company, why would they create an App for Customer Service when they don't have customer Service them self, I been a very loyal customer for Land Rover and I owned few of them till I got stock with a lemon and they refused to replace it for me , been 10 times in service over 10 months with 45 days out of service for the same problem and they still don't believe it's lemon and guess what they offer me $3000 to settle , are you kidding me , That's crazy . Great Job Land Rover for pushing your customers away .
