Contradicting

I initially enjoyed using Kutt, but I recently had an experience that changed my perspective. I placed a money-line bet on the Houston Rockets vs. Brooklyn Nets, and my bet remained open for hours before the game started. However, right before the game began, Kutt voided my bet because no one had accepted it. While I understand that unmatched bets must be canceled, I found it misleading that the bet remained open for so long, making it feel as though it had been placed. The frustration came when the Brooklyn Nets won, and instead of receiving my expected payout, my original wager was simply returned. This made it seem as if the bet never occurred. I believe this process should be communicated more clearly to avoid confusion for users. Additionally, Kutt advertises itself as a betting platform but states that it cannot legally accept bets because it is not the house. While I understand the peer-to-peer model, some aspects of the platform's operation feel unclear, and it seems there is little recourse for users if something is wrong. For those considering Kutt, I would recommend being aware of these aspects before placing bets. In my experience, other exchanges like Novig and Prophet X provide a more straightforward process. I hope Kutt takes this feedback into account to improve transparency and the overall user experience.

That's not how P2P works. In order for your bet to be active, it has to be accepted. You had a bet that was not accepted, and therefore it was voided. That is the entire crux of Peer-to-Peer/exchange model like us. On the Games page, it CLEARLY states (in red): "If your public bet is not taken by another user before the start of the event, your bet is automatically canceled and your funds will be returned to your wallet."

We state this multiple times across the platform....not sure how much clearer we can be. There is nothing misleading (or bad) about this action. Not all public bets get accepted. The app functions the way it is supposed to. Legally we cannot (and do not) accept user bets. We explained this quite nicely over several email conversations with you and yet here we are.

Best sportsbook app!

I downloaded Kutt, just as an extra sportsbook to see if it had anything I liked, and i have to say I am extremely impressed. This app has possibly the easiest layout to find games and even has tons of opportunities to convert their coin currency into free rewards. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a new sportsbook (especially for those like me in NY with limited options)!
