KS Care is a patient-centric care coordination and patient engagement mobile application designed to support patients throughout their journey, both before and after medical procedures. The application automates and monitors patient preparation and recovery processes, while providing timely information at every stage.
KS Care provides you with all the information about the procedure through an efficient, user-friendly, and interactive timeline. You will receive reminders about important tasks, opportunities to fill out necessary questionnaires and forms, navigation assistance to the hospital on the day of your procedure, and all post-operative instructions, among other features.
The objective of KS Care is to provide you with the best possible support at every phase of your care. The application contains all the essential information and support materials needed for a successful care journey.
