I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. First, they made me pay upfront for a phone number—no small fee, mind you—and only after I’d paid did they suddenly start demanding additional personal information. Nothing about this process felt transparent or trustworthy. They promised a simple, straightforward service, but the second they had my money, they turned the whole thing into a complicated, shady ordeal. I’m left feeling ripped off and frustrated. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. This place is nothing but a scam.

We understand your frustration, and we’d like to clear up any confusion about how KrispCall works. Our minimum subscription fee starts at $15 per user per month, which includes $1 calling and SMS credits, along with one free number from the USA or Canada to help you get started.
For security reasons, every new account starts in a limited state until KYC verification is completed. This step ensures our platform remains safe and trustworthy for all users. If you’re purchasing a number outside the USA or Canada, additional documentation may also be required due to country-specific telecommunication regulations.

Krispcall is a great little company helping big and small busineses
I've used Krispcall for about a month now and was able to port my number successfully. Kirpscall has great features to manage a business through multiple time zones, have multiple numbers for multiple countries, receive voicemail, text etc. The phone app can be a little slower to repond when I click on dial a number but I'm still navigating through all the features to maximize its use,
Great for purchasing a number for porting out!
KrispCall’s blog about purchasing a number and porting the number out sold me on their service. I was able to purchase a local U.S. number and successfully ported it out to a major U.S. mobile phone carrier. Everyone on the live support chat was great and extremely thorough. I definitely recommend them for this purpose.
