KOSMOS Helper App 4+

I’ve tried to use this twice for the. crew Mission Deep Sea. After downloading content the links to tutorial and music disappear and can’t select anything. I tried again and same thing happened. Weird.

Updated: after reading another comment/fix from the developer, I closed a lot of apps and reloaded the content and it plays now. So other glitchy than memory management(?) issues it seems to be a nicely produced overview of the game. I’ve revised my rating.

Hi Cdanomite, thank you for your feedback. That sounds indeed a bit weird. Could you please send us an e-mail at apps@kosmos.de where you let us know your phone model and iOS version? It would be also very helpful to know how many games you have currently downloaded in your helper app, and if you can possibly remember how many other apps were running in the background when you tried downloading The Crew. All of these things could influence the apps behaviour and any information helps us find a solution faster. Thanks for your help, your KOSMOS Team.

I love playing Exit the game and have done several. The app adds great ambience!

However there is a glaring issue. Once we finish the game and get our score, we get a page with three options: Share, Back, and the Home button. There is no way to save our data and score with these options. We can share it (data is not saved), go back and select how many hints we used (data is not saved) or hit the home button in which a screen pops up saying that we won’t be able to save our data if we continue and leave the game. We can choose to go back to the previous screen with the options that get us nowhere. Hmmm. This is a big issue if I want to save my scores in the app along with the games I have already played. Is there anyway I can save my scores?

Hi JeffRader, thanks for your feedback. At the moment it's not yet possible to save your scores, but we're already working on a solution for this. Look out for big changes in the app soon. In the meantime a workaround could be to press the share button and save a screenshot of your score to your device. Your KOSMOS App Team.

After pressing the play button for the intro video, nothing happened. I could press pause, but nothing ever started playing. The timer did start.
The mini games were…uninteresting. I was hoping for something that would be like anything I’ve experienced in an EXIT game. Nope.
Perhaps it will work for other versions of other games. We’ve done almost all the EXIT games save two or three, but this was the first time wi through the atmospheric soundtrack would be nice. That wasn’t even offered for this game version
Disappointing product from a company whose EXIT games have made our pandemic experience much more enjoyable due to the challenging fun for the whole family.
