Description

Play ONLINE against Game Center opponents or OFFLINE against Thor the Viking. Revenge will be your motive when you play this enhanced game of Kubb (pronounced Koob). Bring out your weapons and man your defenses. Don't let your opponent get the better of you. Reach new levels on the leaderboard. Each level adds new challenges.

Your objective is for players standing at their baseline to topple all 5 of the opposing team’s wooden blocks (Kubbs) with an underhanded toss of the 6 wooden Batons and to then topple the King Kubb that is located in the center of the playing field.

Beware of the creatures that will try to intercept your baton throws. Avoid the obstacles that block your path.

This popular outdoor game can be played by anyone from age 9 to 90. Everyone has an opportunity to win since the game is not over until the last Kubb is knocked down.

Extended the throwing range of some iPhone models

Unplayable

As the previous reviewer states, the game loads shifted into the lower right corner of the screen, so with only 1/3 of the screen visible, you can't really play the game.
Also of note..it's pronounced koob, but it's spelled kubb.

Unplayable won't load

I managed to play,the tutorial. Then the screen shifted into the lower right corner of my iPad and won't restore.

A day later it works ok again but did the same thing again. But it righted itself after leaving the game.

The game is fun when it works.

A fun and competitive game!

Koob takes a fun yard game and transforms it into a great app. I like that it is fun and the levels get more challenging as you go. Hint: try out the different bombs they really give you a leg up on the competition.
