KODAK Photo Printer 4+

I bought a P210R after I updated my phone to iOS 18, and couldn't get the app to work. It just keeps 'spinning'. (I finally had to use an older phone to make sure I didn't receive a bad printer. It works on the older phone.)
I already deleted the app, rebooted, and reinstalled the app.

UPDATE: After a day or two of the app just spinning, it started to work. Editing pictures is not user-friendly, and if you go back to the main page, you lose all the editing and have to start over.

I have no complains regarding the quality of the prints, they’re fantastic! but the app requires finagling. The device is connected to your phone but it the app isn’t consistent as far as connecting to device. Lots of connect, disconnect, exit app, come back to app… it can get frustrating. But once you get it connected for a session, you can just keep printing.

I just purchased the white Kodak mini 2 retro printer and tried the app to print some photos. I’m disappointed in the extreme lack of creative options for editing your photos within the app prior to printing them. Other apps are much better, offering so much more. I would especially like to see an option for adding the traditional Polaroid style border. I can somewhat achieve it by resizing the photo with two fingers, but it is difficult to do and never looks like equal width on the left and right sides. I’d also like to see the developers add stickers and emojis into the editing menu. More frames to choose from would be nice as well. The photo quality is good, but this is for the review of the iOS app, not the actual printer. I hope the developers will improve the app by adding some of these features because the app could be so much better. As for my experience, I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max and have not had any trouble connecting to the printer via Bluetooth. It does not lose its connection. Good printer but not the best app, which is disappointing.
