Great start…but missed a few key features
I’m a premium user but must continue to use the web version on my pc because it has image-to-video features you’re not supporting anywhere else. I prefer working on my iPad, so I was excited for this release… the web version running on iPad is almost fully featured, but it has an annoying mouse-hover to specify to download files without watermark, and that hover feature doesn’t work on iPad. You resolved this on the app, but the app now has additional UX issues that make it unusable for my needs 1- you don’t support negative prompts 2-you limited the prompt entry to 500 characters. If you resolve these two issues I’ll make use of this fabulous app and I won’t hesitate to mark 5-stars.
Does not refund when mess up
The AI itself is really good, if you are playing. Unfortunately, it doesn’t not refund you when the image is messed up. I’m out 60 credit because the image didn’t process, and for me to make another one of the images, I will have to spend more credit. I’m pretty that’s against the rules, playing and not receiving anything. I emailed the customer service, and they didn’t respond to me. I will still use the app, but I’m not spending anything big on it, until this problem is fixed.
Holy ****
I follow a bunch of other ai artists and I’m one myself. I saw one using this app so I thought I’d give it a shot. Holy ****. For ONE 5 second video it’s going to take 7 *** **** hours?!? But if I subscribe for as little as $10 a month… you can get the video in as little as 3 minutes! This is severe predatory behaviour. Find a different app. There’s plenty out there that will do your video in 3-5 minutes… FOR ****ING FREE! Not to mention when I tried to upload a picture to use, it said it had “sensitive” information. First! It’s a picture, the only information you should see is that it’s a .jpg. SECOND! It was a *** **** SELFIE! The **** is sensitive about that?!? Again, move along, find a better app.
