Horrible App No Support
First, ive had to set up initial account multiple times bc it always says no email found. Then I have to set the device and wifi every time i use it. Dont waste your time setting up detailed recipes w/ cook time and temps because when you select one you programmed, it always changes to the first recipe on the list… not any others so u end up having to cook manual. Very disappointing to spend an extra $40 for wifi enabled that cant be used. No help to be found
Added item and that item is not showing in English
Can’t figure out issue with not showing English It shows English everywhere except in item I added. That item- on it it’s English but in this app it is not. Ugh. No way of fixing
Trash
Can’t login to the app to try and control my device. Says my username or password is wrong even when I’m logged in on the website.
