King God Castle: Epic Defense 12+

Let me start off by stating the game, as it stands, is good for what it put out so far. I’ve been playing for a couple of weeks now and that’s where it needs to take our attention. First off UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. There’s only so much you can do for the “food” to be able to keep playing. I can go for a while spending 5 food a battle. BUT 10 food for corruption battles is only 4 battles on a full 40 food! That’s assuming you max out at level 25. This game is RNG based, so it’s based on luck how the battle goes. So you will fight over and over to get a decent team and weapons in battle going. So I suggest a few things; 1) INCREASE FOOD to keep players early game to be able to play longer. 2) INCREASE LEVEL maybe to level 30-40 to put the Altar in a more tactical use, to be able to fill at least two full Altars. 3) DISMANTLE FOR GOLD So much relics dismantle to dust just to make more of other types of relics but have NO GOLD to upgrade makes it super hard to build anything. Dismantling goes nowhere as it is right now 4) MORE EVENTS two battles in the event a day?? Come on now. Make more other types of events and play those longer when we run out of food 5) GUILD STATS BOOST to help overall guild mates in battle. There should be more help within each other in a guild. 6) Maybe implement duos/coop somehow , that would be a great add-on — or to be able to use a friends hero

First off, let me start by saying that I was unsure about the game when I first started, but after playing for a few straight hours I’ve found I really like it! It’s better than typical auto-battlers and there are multiple details that set apart this game from others that are similar in style and gameplay (I won’t get into the exact details yet).

For the developers, I would like to let you know about a couple bugs with the tutorials. The first is with the Altar, when the tutorial finishes and tells you to exit the Altar, the X won’t work, so you have to close the game and re-open so the tutorial stops. After that, the Altar works fine. The other thing is during the Relic tutorial, the supposed relic shard and dust that’s supposed to be given and used isn’t actually given, and therefore the tutorial can’t be done. Once again, you have to close and reopen the game. After you do that, the tutorial clears itself and the player will be able to find the shard and dust in their inventory to be used.

Fun game, easy to get units, although it’s RNG based since it’s through summoning, but summoning is easy to do and can be done through your basic currency. Overall I’d say this game is very F2P friendly for those who chooses not to spend any money, like me. There’s a couple game modes, constant events which gives you multiple chances to obtain not only seasonal skins but also the legendary tier skins too, and auto missions that can earn you passive gold. Although like some people have mentioned you do have a limited 40 “energy” to spend, which is like 8 base mission or 2 missions on max difficulty so you have to spend it wisely. Overall, good game! I would recommend if you like merging games with cool characters and design. Also join guilds if you can, players are very generous with giving you character pieces if they have spare parts, which is used for leveling up characters.
