Just wish the photos posted would be higher quality with the ability to save them directly and added compatibility with Face ID unlock.

Edit: I figured out how to view the higher quality pictures, still wish I could download directly, though.

This app seems to not refresh, and instead requires you to force close and sign back in to get updates, especially when it’s the next day. Posted photos have to be swiped and then tapped on to view, when instead they should be able to be swiped while viewing full screen. The left slide-out drawer has an odd interaction area and requires you to swipe it away in a very specific area. I’m sure there are other issues, but the lack of polish makes me not want to dig further. Overall, the app needs massive quality of life improvements, and from a usability perspective, this is a pretty steep downgrade from the app our center was using before this one.

I have been using the app for more than half a year. I always keep it updated so as not to miss anything. I am set up to receive email notifications and notifications on my phone when there are updates to review. Most times, when I click the phone notification, it takes me to the page and nothing is there! Nothing in the newsfeed. Nothing in my messages. The pages are blank! No amount of refreshing helps. I then have to login on my computer to view the message or photo. Some days it’s fine and works as expected. Other days, it’s just all blank.
